MINDFUL TECHNIQUES FOR LIFE.

Mindfulness is the wonderful practise of living in the now, the present moment of awareness without judgement. Through extensive research, it is widely known to reduce stress, anxiety and depression whilst promoting relaxation and restoring calm. The NHS recommend MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) which is a recognised 6–8-week program designed to educate you to integrate mindful technique into your daily life.
